My credentials
I have extensive experience in developing HR strategies and joined-up people solutions, both as an HR leader and as a consultant. As well as a deep understanding of all the different domains of HR, I can bring a strong strategic business perspective, building on my experience working in several different sectors.
I hold a postgraduate qualification in organisation development and am certified as a practitioner for PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams) and the Talent Innovations 360 degree survey tool. I have also delivered OD training to HR managers and am the author of the “Organisation Development Manifesto” (CRF, 2019)
