My credentials
I am co-author of the highly acclaimed book “Engaged: Unleashing Your Organization’s Potential Through Employee Engagement” which was shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year Award. As well as regularly writing on this topic, I was named as one of the 2019 “Engagement 101” Global Employee Engagement Influencers. I have also been responsible for employee engagement in a number of major companies and have led initiatives that have resulted in major increases in employee survey scores.
