Traditional ‘top-down’ initiatives assume that organisational leaders have all the knowledge, but in today’s world this is less and less the case, especially when it comes to digital transformation. Organisations may also fail to get employee buy in and changes may not be agile enough to respond rapidly to competitive challenges. My credentials
I have extensive experience of major organisational change management including co-leading the re-engineering of Nestlé’s HR function worldwide, and playing a leading role in the post-merger integration of Merck Serono, which was recognized by the SHRM ‘Strategic HR Leadership Award’. I’m also a visiting lecturer in Change Management for the International MBA Program at Pforzheim University.
